GENERAL RULESThe Tuition All fees for individual lessons must be paid to the Holy Trinity Lutheran/Music School before the start of the first lesson of each month. The School reserves the right to cancel any group class due to insufficient enrollment. Tuition may be paid by cash or check. Tuition is discounted 10% for each additional registration for individual instruction in a family. There is a $50 service charge for returned checks. Failure to meet financial obligations will result in lesson suspension or termination without removing financial liability for monies due.
Refunds Tuition is fully refunded if the student withdraws before the start of the first lesson.
Cancellations All cancellations of lessons must be made through the Director (914) 591-6218 Only two private lessons per semester missed because of student absence for illness, religious observance or extraordinary circumstance will be made up. For lessons Monday - Friday, office must be notified by
No more than two reasonable makeup opportunities will be offered for each student cancellation. There is no makeup for student absences from group classes.
All lessons and group classes missed because of teacher absences or weather-related closings will be made up.
Withdrawal from individual instruction and request for tuition refund must be submitted in writing to the Director.
